Mark Cross offers complimentary returns on all full-price items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all protective packaging intact. Please note that personalized or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Prepare the Package
Securely pack the merchandise in its original dust bag and shipping box, ensuring all authenticating cards and tags are included.
Attach the Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and remove any previous tracking stickers.
Drop Off or Collection
Hand your package to the designated carrier or schedule a complimentary pickup through the carrier's website for your convenience.
